Proposed FY 24/25 - 25/26 UPWP Amendment

The Heartland Regional Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO) announces the start of a seven-day public comment and review period for proposed amendment to the FY 2024/25 through FY 2025/26 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).  The UPWP describes the transportation planning tasks to be performed within the HRTPO study area. The UPWP is amended as needed to account for budget changes throughout its two-year duration.

The comment period for the UPWP proposed amendment begins on September 4, 2025, and comments will be accepted through September 10, 2025. The proposed UPWP amendment will be presented for adoption to the HRTPO Board at their meeting on September 10, 2025. An opportunity for public comment will be available at the meeting before Board action is taken.
